Half-day visit to Armenia, capital city of Quindío; known as “the Miracle City” for its rapid growth and development in a short period of time. It is known for its cultural wealth like its pre-Columbian legacy and interesting museums. The visit includes a visit to ‘Quimbaya’ Gold Museum, awarded the National Architecture Prize, which holds a series of gold-made artifacts by pre-Hispanic communities 500BC. Continue strolling Bolívar Avenue to city’s historic centre, walk through Bolívar Square, and statue of the great Liberator, and the Cathedral.

Then, along 14th Street, stop at handicrafts shops and taste some locally-brewed coffee.
