Night Safari In Saraiva Lakes

Journey to Saraiva Lakes, is a special night-time adventure into the black-pitch waters surrounded by a diversity of flora and fauna. You will distinguish the bright-eyed fierce Black Caiman. It is very similar to the crocodile and can grow up to 6.5m in length.

Caimans eat fish, tapir and other mammals found here. The Black Caiman is an endangered species hunted savagely in the past (for its meat and skin). These lakes are unique ecosystems and home to a large array of tropical rainforest life. Through the lakes you will observe differences in the surroundings or the type of rainforest.
