10 nights / 11 days
A profound journey through the southern Colombian Andes, where sacred landscapes and ancient civilizations reveal the spiritual origins of the land.
What Inspires this Journey?

The southern Andes of Colombia are a region where the land itself holds memory. Among mountains, high-altitude páramos and newborn rivers, ancestral cultures once flourished, leaving their mark in stone monuments, funerary rituals and a sacred relationship with nature. This journey is inspired by the search for origins, by walking through territories where spirituality, landscape and history exist as an inseparable whole.
From the archaeological mysteries of San Agustín and Tierradentro to the highlands of the Colombian Massif, this experience invites curious, sensitive and reflective travelers to discover a lesser-known Colombia, one that is profound and deeply revealing. It is designed for those who wish to go beyond the visible, connect with the silence of sacred sites, understand the worldview of ancient civilizations and feel how the power of the Andes continues to shape the country’s cultural identity.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The journey begins in Bogotá, where history and urban life open the gateway to Colombia’s southern Andes. From there, the landscape transforms upon reaching the Tatacoa Desert, a territory of eroded formations and endless skies that invites contemplation of time, earth and the universe beneath one of the clearest night skies in the country.
The route continues toward Tierradentro, a remarkable archaeological landscape in Latin America, where underground tombs and funerary galleries reveal the spiritual depth of the ancient cultures that once inhabited these mountains. Further south, San Agustín emerges as the archaeological heart of the nation, with monumental statues, ceremonial centers and landscapes shaped by the Colombian Massif.
The journey crosses the Puracé Páramo (High-Andean Moorlands), a natural sanctuary of frailejones, cloud forests and water sources, before reaching Popayán, a colonial city known for its traditions and whitewashed architecture. The experience then unfolds through a visit to the indigenous market of Silvia, a living encounter with the Misak culture that brings a human and contemporary dimension to the ancestral legacy of southern Colombia, where daily life, tradition and memory continue to shape the Andean spirit.
